Mortgages
Mortgages are special loans used to buy property.
They’re like paying to build a puzzle that becomes your own once completed. Imagine a large, beautiful puzzle (a house). You want to build it, but can't pay for all the pieces at once. A mortgage is a way to pay for it piece by piece over time.
Each payment is like adding a few more puzzle pieces. It takes years to add all the pieces (pay off the mortgage), but once you do, the complete puzzle (the house) is entirely yours. If you stop paying, it's like you can't finish the puzzle, and you risk losing the pieces you've already put together
