Investing

Investing means using your money to buy things now that grow in value over time (like shares and property).

Investing is like planting a tree but your money is the seed.

When you invest, you plant the seed. At first, it's small, and growth seems slow. Over time, your seedling grows into a tree.

Some days bring sunshine, helping it flourish (dividends, share price increase etc). Other times, storms hit, the tree shakes, and leaves fall off (share price decrease). But, if you stay patient and don't give up on your tree, it can grow large and bear fruit, providing tasty financial benefits.
