Income is the money you or a business receives for work you or the business does, or your investments.

Think of income as water flowing into a bucket (your bank account). Various sources, like a tap (income), a raincloud (investments), or a hose (side hustle), fill your bucket. The more sources or the faster the flow of water, the quicker your bucket fills up.
